MyPlate versus Healthy Eating Plate

It’s a battle of the plates, as the Harvard School of Public Health has unveiled their take on the USDA’s My Plate that explains the federal government’s advice on a healthy diet. 

Created by Department of Nutrition faculty at the Harvard School of Public Health, in conjunction with colleagues at Harvard Health Publications, the Healthy Eating Plate adds exercise, as well as healthy oils, whole grains, and less dairy.
