Learn about models to improve communication between patients and clinicians at a free webinar on Tuesday, December, from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. EST. The expert panel includes:

      • Elizabeth Hahn, M.A., Boston University
      • William Adams, M.D., Northwestern University
      • Michael Wolf Ph.D., M.P.H., Northwestern University

Participants can earn 1.5 CME/CNE hours for their participation if they attend the entire Web conference and complete an online evaluation.
